Our missions ministry is rooted in the Great Commandment found in Matthew 22:37–39, to love God wholeheartedly and to express His love in tangible ways to people everywhere. That calling shapes our desire to share the hope of the Gospel, whether here in Durham or in communities around the world. Our passion for missions flows from a love for God and a desire to see Christ known.

We also look to the biblical pattern described in Acts 1:8 as a guide for how we engage in missions. We begin locally, serving our neighbors in Durham and the surrounding Triangle area. From there, our efforts extend across North Carolina, throughout North America, and into the nations beyond. In this way, we seek to be faithful both at home and across the globe.

The work before us is meaningful and ongoing. It is Kingdom work, and we are grateful for the opportunity to join God in what He is already doing in the world. We invite you to serve alongside us as we share the Good News of the Gospel, starting here in our own community and reaching outward to the farthest places.
