At Edgewood, our Children’s Ministry is a place where kids are welcomed, cared for, and taught about God’s love in age-appropriate and engaging ways. We believe children learn best in an environment where they feel safe, known, and encouraged, and we strive to create that kind of space each week.

Our goal is to help children grow in their understanding of who God is, how much He loves them, and how faith connects to everyday life. Through Bible teaching, music, activities, and meaningful relationships with caring volunteers, children are invited to learn, ask questions, and grow at their own pace.

We value partnership with parents and families and seek to support them as they nurture their children’s faith. Whether your child is attending for the first time or has been part of our church family for years, we want every child to feel welcomed and loved.

What to Expect

When you arrive at Edgewood, our goal is to make your child feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. Children are greeted by caring volunteers who are committed to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment.

Classes and activities are designed to be age-appropriate and structured in a way that helps children feel at ease while learning. Bible lessons are taught in ways children can understand, using a mix of storytelling, music, and hands-on activities. We strive to make each gathering both meaningful and enjoyable.

Parents are always welcome to ask questions, meet the volunteers who serve with their children, and take time to get oriented. If it’s your family’s first visit, we’re happy to help you find the right class or space for your child.

We understand that trusting others with your child is important, and we are grateful for the opportunity to partner with families as children grow in faith and confidence.
