Tucker grew up in Durham, graduating from Northern High School. While attending NC State for undergrad, two life-changing things happened: Tucker felt God calling him into full-time ministry, and he met his amazing wife Danielle. Tucker and Danielle moved to Wilmington, NC to be part of a church plant, where Tucker would eventually serve as Connections Pastor. They moved back to Durham in 2018 to be part of a church revitalization effort. It was during this season where Tucker would grow in his desire to shepherd others and teach God's word, eventually leading to his calling to pastor Edgewood Baptist Church in 2025. Tucker enjoys running, listening to audio books, playing disc golf, and working on projects around the house. Tucker and Danielle have two daughters, Asher and Ezra, and one son, Judah.
